We are heading into what we expect to be a very busy Fall and Winter holiday season and we are looking for experienced hospitality workers to join our amazing team. Our portfolio of beer, wine, & oysters will require a team of committed employees who possess the following:

• knowledge of craft beer + seafood (OR a willingness to learn)

• an exemplary work ethic combined with honesty & integrity

• the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume atmosphere

• the belief that working as a team is the best way to be successful

• have you ever been in a band? Those people are typically pretty cool

Compensation is based on the sum of approximate average weekly take-home + tips. Our goal is to build a team of like-minded individuals who enjoy coming to work every day. We want to support you each step of the way, so you are able to give Split Rock your very best.
